Terms & Conditions

1. Platform role. AquaLink Namibia is a community platform that connects aquarium hobbyists. We do not sell, ship, broker or guarantee any items listed by members.

2. Member responsibility. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of livestock they keep or sell, payment, collection and delivery arrangements, and the condition and health of any items exchanged.

3. No liability. AquaLink Namibia is not liable for fish health, item condition, lost or damaged goods, financial loss, disputes, fraud or any consequence arising from member-to-member transactions.

4. Subscription. Membership is N$59.99 per month and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months or for accounts suspended due to rule violations.

5. Conduct. Members must follow the Community Rules. Repeat offenders may lose access without refund.

6. Content. By posting, members grant AquaLink Namibia the right to display submitted content on the platform.

7. Changes. These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
