Terms & Conditions

1. Platform role. AquaLink Namibia is a community platform that connects aquarium hobbyists. We do not sell, ship, broker or guarantee any items listed by members.

2. Member responsibility. Members are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of livestock they keep or sell, payment, collection and delivery arrangements, and the condition and health of any items exchanged.

3. No liability. AquaLink Namibia is not liable for fish health, item condition, lost or damaged goods, financial loss, disputes, fraud or any consequence arising from member-to-member transactions.

4. Free community. Aqualink is free for aquarium hobbyists. Revenue is generated through paid advertising, not member subscriptions.

5. Conduct. Aqualink is for aquarium hobby content only. Listings, questions and comments must relate to fishkeeping, aquariums, aquatic plants, corals, equipment, tank maintenance or related hobby topics. Non-aquarium posts, spam, scams, offensive content or unrelated advertising may be removed, and repeat offenders may have their accounts restricted or blocked.

6. Content. By posting, members grant AquaLink Namibia the right to display submitted content on the platform.

7. Changes. These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
